As Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Devin Gordon provides strategic legal counsel across contracts, business affairs, compliance, intellectual property and advertising, while leading enterprise rights management and supporting the development, production, acquisition and licensing of Lumistella’s growing portfolio. Devin brings nearly 15 years of in-house legal experience from Chick-fil-A and WarnerMedia, where he advised on intellectual property and advertising and supported television networks across programming development, production, clearance and marketing. He previously spent eight years in private practice at large Atlanta law firms as an intellectual property specialist and litigator.
