Employee Discretionary Fund

The Lumistella Company’s philanthropic mission is to “Positively impact the lives of children and their families—here and around the world—by providing for their basic needs, thus empowering them to create better communities and meaningful family moments.” We take this mission very seriously, and in addition to fulfilling regular opportunities to give of our time and talents through meaningful hands-on volunteerism, each employee is empowered to contribute to an organization of their choice from The Lumistella Company’s employee discretionary fund. Simply choose an organization that is near and dear to your own heart each year, and, upon approval, dedicated funds will be donated to the organization in your name.
