“Since joining The Lumistella Company in 2014, I’ve experienced significant opportunities for growth. I began as a photographer and progressed to art manager, allowing me to oversee and guide creative projects. One of my favorites was “The Elf on the Shelf Sweet Showdown” on Food Network where I had creative license to style and craft an elftacular storyline for the elf ideas in each episode. This project earned me the unofficial title of “elf whisperer” ”

“I’m grateful to work for a company that values my creative instincts and allows me to be innovative with execution. A project that stands out is a 30 second ad we created for an Advent calendar. The project was ambitious with a small crew—we had no CG models or rigs created for the featured characters, and their style was unlike anything we had done before. I proposed a stop-motion animation approach, using low frame rates and faces animated with line drawings. This approach allowed us to maximize our efficiency. The project was finished in time and turned out looking great.”
