Good Cheer for all

Empower

Over 80 percent of the North Pole’s workforce proudly promotes good cheer through year-round, meaningful volunteerism. The Lumistella Company aims to empower not only the organizations we support but also our individual employees, who participate in our philanthropic mission through our employee discretionary fund. This fund allows for an annual donation to an organization of an individual employee’s choosing—one they hold most dear to them.

The Lumistella Company supports non-profits through grants, event sponsorship and product donations including gift baskets for fundraisers. Please note that at this time grants are typically reserved for our current non-profit partners.
